You will notice "Pub" is right there in our name, and we take that just as seriously as our pizza. Wisconsin has a legendary tavern culture, and we wanted to honor that tradition. Our bar isn't just a place to wait for a table; it is a curated experience celebrating local brewers, classic spirits, and the kind of bartender banter that makes a tough workday melt away.

NO SHORTCUTS. JUST HOT OVENS.

Great pizza cannot be rushed. It requires early mornings, floured aprons, and a whole lot of elbow grease. We start by mixing our proprietary dough daily, allowing it the perfect amount of time to rise and develop its signature chew. Next comes our scratch-made sauce—a heavily guarded secret blend of vine-ripened tomatoes and robust herbs. Finally, we blanket every pie in premium mozzarella and bake it until the crust achieves that iconic, irresistible blister.
